Refund Policy

SuccessGiveaways has a strict NO REFUNDS policy on all purchases.

When you make a purchase, we deliver your digital download immediately, so returns are meaningless.

If you have genuine concerns over the quality or content of any package you purchase, please do reach out and we will attempt to make it right, but it is simply not practical to offer refunds on digital products once you have accessed or downloaded the item.

If you are not 100% OK with that, please do not purchase!.

Disputed Payments

There is a growing tendancy online for some users to try and force a refund by filing a dispute with their credit card company, usually claiming the purchase was unauthorised. This process costs us considerably more in fees than any of our packages cost, and harms our merchant reputation, so we will contest all fraudulent dispute claims.

We use Stripe's Anti-Fraud Radar technology to fingerprint every purchase so we can prove the payments were authorised correctly, and our success rate in fighting fraudulent disputes is near-perfect.

So please be aware, if you still choose to file a fraudlent claim, it will almost certainly fail, we will block you from all our websites and services going forward... and your credit card provider might have questions of their own for you!
